They only asked me a few of those example questions- i think it was 'can you tell me a time you delivered excellent customer service'- which sounds like an easy question but if you dont have an answer prepared you might start stuttering and end up giving a whack answer lol so have some examples written out- they could ask you another type of example question so have a few prepared! They will definitely ask you Why do you want to work for William Hill?- (dont say because you need money lol i've actually done that before!) What can you bring to William Hill? What do you understand your role you have applied for?- have the job description open in front of you When you will be able to start the job? What is the reason to leave your current/recent job? Can you tell me about the history of the company? Make sure you ask questions at the end! ask about training and opportunities to progress- i guess it shows that you will be committed umm- i asked a lot of questions but now i cant remember, ahh well i guess these will come to you, but try and make a list before they call you. I just passed my interview! i literally just booked my face to face interview! make sure you do a lot of research on the company, the lady that interviewed me told me she was very impressed with the amount of research i had done on the company lol and she like my energy so make sure you try to sound bubbly and enthusiastic- dont be annoying but just enough to show them that you really want it lol these are the things they look out for.
